Required for insurance purposes, RCA reports set down the rebuilding costs for buildings including demolition costs and professional fees.

Fire Risk Analysis & Health & Safety Assessment Reports

These reports identify the risks associated within buildings in relation to fire safety and health and safety matters. Our reports set out the hazards identified during our inspections and provide recommendations for reducing the risks to a reasonable level.

Disability Access Certificates

With the introduction of a new Disability Access Certificates became mandatory from 1 January 2010 in the case of new commercial buildings and buildings where a material alteration, change of use or sub division of units takes place.

BER Certificates & Advice

From January 2009, all properties up for rent or for sale require a BER (Building Energy Rating) Certificate.

Pre-Acquisition Building Survey Reports

A report generally prepared on behalf of a potential purchaser of a property. The report highlights the overall condition of the property, the cost of any repairs that may be required, any statutory compliance issues, fire safety, disabled access, any environmental issues and the identification of possible deleterious materials (for example Asbestos).
